Peter Georg Picht

Peter Georg Picht is full professor of Business, Competition and Intellectual Property Law and the head of the Business Law Department at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich. He is also Chairman of the Center for Intellectual Property and Competition Law (CIPCO) and President of the Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA) as well as President of the Munich IP Dispute Resolution Forum (IPDR). His academic teaching and writing, as well as his counselling activity, focus on international private and procedural law (trust law in particular), intellectual property law and competition law.
