Christoph B. Graber

Christoph Graber is Professor of Legal Sociology and Media Law at the University of Zurich. His research interests relate to analysing issues of normativity on the Internet in relation to technology, intellectual property and freedom of expression from a law and society perspective. Christoph’s new book ‘The Technosystem of Free Speech: Enriching Fundamental Rights in a Digital Society’ was published with Cambridge University Press in 2026.
